McCoy Teaching and Learning Project

value  $3.6M

The McCoy Building is home to the UoM School of Geography, Earth and Atmospheric Sciences (SGEAS). This project involved delivering five state-of-the-art flat-floor flexible learning spaces. These spaces feature innovative Skyfold Operable Partitions to increase total room capacity and provide flexibility for modern timetabling requirements. In addition, each space has the latest blended synchronous learning audiovisual capability, better connecting the roomies with the zoomies. Due to timetabling constraints, this project was fast-tracked over the summer recess, being constructed in just over 10 weeks in readiness for Semester 1, 2022.
