The 32-level Victoria University (VU) City Tower provides state-of-the-art teaching facilities in a striking vertical campus in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD and legal precinct.

Broadleaf Projects were engaged by Roberts Co. (formerly Probuild Constructions) to manage the project’s witness testing and commissioning phase, including FRV and CofO approvals, in collaboration with the Independent Commissioning Agent. This required substantial coordination between the main contractor, sub-contractors, landlord (ISPT) and tenant (VU).
