The UoM Faculty of Business and Economics will celebrate its 100 year anniversary in 2024 and will unveil a brand new foyer and entry refurbishment to its flagship building and home, The Spot. The works will involve a new illuminated glass airlock, lobby area, floating stair, bike store and general foyer uplift. The design will pay homage to its celebrated academics and donors through subtle design elements and etchings. The design will better connect the building with the public realm, alleviate internal lift queuing, and provide warm and welcoming continuity.
